In Matthew chapter 24:1-3, Jesus is asked a question that has been attempted to be answered for two thousand years by bible scholars, mathematicians, prophecy experts, with no success. “And Jesus went out, and departed from the temple: and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple. And Jesus said unto them, See ye not all these things? verily I say unto you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down. And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world?”
Jesus tells us what to look for, false prophets, wars and rumors of wars, famines, pestilences, events that really have been going on since Cain killed Abel so by this alone we could not pin point any particular time in history. He then tells us of earthquakes in diverse places, scientists have seen an increase with no explanation in the number of earthquakes of a magnitude of three or higher in the 19th century and especially in recent years with a number in places you would not normally thought of such as Oklahoma which had 20 recorded on a single day in August of 2014. Jesus tells us that the gospel must be preached in all the world; with all the technology today this is becoming closer to fulfillment than any time in history. Jesus tells them that the last days will be like the days of Noah, with drinking and eating becoming a major issue, marriages will fail; today the rate of failure in marriage is about 50%. Matthew 24:32-34, “Now learn a parable of the fig tree; When his branch is yet tender, and putteth forth leaves, ye know that summer is nigh: So likewise ye, when ye shall see all these things, know that it is near, even at the doors. Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass, till all these things be fulfilled.” In May of 1948 this prophecy became fulfilled when Israel after 1900 years with no home became a nation again starting the clock for the last generation on earth.
Now I know many will sneer at this thought but I feel if you examine the Book Of Revelation chapter 13 beginning at verse 11 it becomes clear that we are getting very close to fulfillment of the end of all things. We see two beast here, one being the antichrist and the other the head of the one world religion, recently we have heard Pope Francis claim that it doesn’t matter what you believe and that we are of the same faith (watch Pope Francis prayer intentions for 2016 on YouTube). Read 16-18, “And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” If you ever had doubts that the bible is the word of God these verses should answer them for you for never has there been a time like we have today that we can see the word come more alive. The area of technology in the area of biometrics is exploding and though we cannot say for certain that these will be the actual mark as described in Revelations we can be certain that it is making it much more acceptable for mankind to accept it, “Chaotic Moon-tech tats is a prime example of this technology as well as “End of Passwords-Paypal developing Smart tattoos and Ingestible ID technology & Brain Implants”
I ask you the question, How close are we?
