We should always be Praising HIM and Worshiping HIM. There’s a lot of scriptures about Praising Him because JESUS always does so much for us. That’s why we Praise HIM. And HE isn’t done taking care of us. HE’s not done Blessing us.
We Worship the LORD because of who HE is. We should always Worship the KING of kings and the LORD of lords. And HIS name is JESUS. Look at what HE did in the Bible starting in Genesis. HE created everything by just speaking it out.
He blew into a pile of dirt and created a living soul. That’s us. We were made in HIS image and HE doesn’t make any junk. We should be happy Christians. We should be excited that we live for and follow JESUS. Worship is GOD centered.
Nehemiah 8:5-6
5 And Ezra opened the book in the sight of all the people; (for he was above all the people;) and when he opened it, all the people stood up:
6 And Ezra blessed the Lord, the great God. And all the people answered, Amen, Amen, with lifting up their hands: and they bowed their heads, and worshipped the Lord with their faces to the ground.
Matthew 4:8-10
8 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them;
9 And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me.
10 Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.
This was after JESUS fasted for 40 days and the devil waited and came to tempt HIM. The devil tempted JESUS a couple times before this and the devil even quoted scripture. The devil knows the Word, but trembles because of knowing what’s will happen. I’m gonna Worship JESUS and only JESUS. People do worship lots of different things. But there’s nothing better than JESUS.
John 4:22-24
22 Ye worship ye know not what: we know what we worship: for salvation is of the Jews.
23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Let’s worship JESUS because HE is:
Omnipotent: having unlimited power; able to do anything, all-powerful, almighty, supreme, most high, preeminent, having ultimate power and influence, (the Omnipotent) God.
Omnipresent: widely or constantly encountered; common or widespread. present everywhere, universal, worldwide, global, all-pervasive, all-present,infinite, boundless, predominant, present everywhere at the same time.
Omniscient: knowing everything; all-knowing, all-wise, all-seeing, having complete or unlimited knowledge, awareness, or understanding; perceiving all things.
JESUS is the one true living GOD. Let’s Worship HIM for who HE is. HE is an AWESOME GOD. HE Loves us. HE cares for us.
