Reaching Out

Remember the last week we celebrated  the death burial and resurrection of our LORD and Savior JESUS. We are so excited, and we should be, for that because of what it brings to our lives. HE died so we can live forever with HIM. We have a plan of salvation. HE gives us healings of all kinds. HE gives us peace and comfort. HE gives us HIS Grace and Mercy. HE gives us HIS Love. HE gives us every promise that’s written in HIS Word. We should stay excited so others can see what we have in our lives. We should be the salt and the light of the world. Because all HE has given us, all the Blessings in our lives is something we need to share with others.

Matthew 5:14-16

¹⁴ Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

¹⁵ Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

¹⁶ Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

I’m very happy that this church takes the time to tell people about JESUS and what HE has done in our lives. Everyone is welcome here and we don’t judge nobody. I want to encourage everyone today to keep letting people know about JESUS. From our family to our friends and neighbors and co-workers. GOD is opening doors, we need to walk through it to, spread the Gospel. There’s a lot of people hurting out there.   We need to let them know that there’s hope and HIS name is JESUS.

2 Pet. 3:9  “The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. “

JESUS wants everyone to come to HIM. HE cares about everybody. HE cares for you and me. That’s AWESOME.

Let’s be committed to make a difference in the Kingdom of GOD, one person at a time. Reach out to someone you know. Reach out to someone you just met. Maybe reach out to someone you’ve reached out to before. What would be the reaction if we brought at least one person to the LORD?

Luke 15:7

“I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.”

We should care about the lost. JESUS does. One thing I learned is that it’s ultimately their decision to stay with JESUS. We need to stay excited about serving JESUS so that it becomes contagious and people all around us catch the fire of the HOLY GHOST. What will happen when people come up to us and ask us “ what should we do“ then we can tell them.
